Welcome to UXPassion.com! My name is Vibor Cipan. I have been working for 4 years with Microsoft Croatia (Hrvatska) as a Microsoft Student Partners Lead, Tech Presenter and Partners in Learning Associate. In the April of 2008 I have been awarded my Microsoft MVP for Expression title and I hold that title ever since.

As of 2008 I’ve been working at Microsoft Development Center in Copenhagen, Denmark in the Dynamics User Experience team with great and truly passionate people that have been among other things, source of true inspiration and passion. Prototyping, designing and developing next gen user experiences within Microsoft Business Division was my mine job description back then.

After my years at Microsoft I’ve decided to return back to Croatia and accepted the offer from the Copenhagen based FatDUX Group (a full service UX / interactive agency) and started working as the FatDUX Zagreb office CEO and UX consultant. Luckily, my job description, passion and all that I care for has stayed the same. Building, inspiring, empowering and leading a new team, working in new market and providing our clients with the exceptional, A-class services and quality while designing valuable user experiences and services is my day-to-day work now and it is truly my passion. Who could ever ask for more?

UXPassion.com is my blog with several simple goals and several ideas behind it.

• I’d like to promote user experience as a very important part of today’s economy in global sense

• I believe that technologies and tools like WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), Silverlight, Expression Blend, Expression Design (and not just those – it just happens to be that I am most familiar and fluent with those) can enable great user experiences, awesome interactions and breathtaking user interfaces. Therefore I will be providing tutorials, tips and tricks around these tools and technologies.

• I am passionate about application and web usability, interaction design, information architecture, SEO and blogging. As I see all these elements as a part of broader “UX”, in the future UXPassion.com will bring you tutorials and articles targeting before mentioned topics. I hope you will enjoy reading about them as much as I will enjoy sharing my ideas and knowledge with you.

So, I am asking you as a reader of this blog to feel free to share your ideas, ask for help, and suggest tutorials and everything else you might find interesting to share on UXPassion.com.
