Project Rosetta – Migrating from Flash to Silverlight
You have previous knowledge of working with Flash. You have heard about Silverlight. Now you want to use your previous knowledge and explore what Silverlight offers you. That’s just plain cool because here is Project Rosetta to help you out with some nice resources.
It is Microsoft’s effort and website with articles that will be focused on one technology and, as they say, trough multiple lessons demonstrate how your previous and existing knowledge and skills (mainly those from Flash background) can be transferred to another technology (read: Silverlight).
Some of the article authors are Jaime Rodriguez (guy behind The New Iteration document) and Karsten Januszewski (also guy behind The New Interation and From Flash to Silverlight) and Rick Barraza (he is author of From Flash to Silverlight).
Both of those articles can already be found on Project Rosetta website, and you can go on forum and suggest topics for new articles.
Though I do not have serious Flash background, I believe this is good effort and idea from Microsoft’s side. Instead of just pushing Silverlight aggressively ahead, via Rosetta it is being approached in a much subtle and useful way.

Maybe will be at the same level but let the time decide this … 7-8 years
It is about time that we user’s and developers stopped using microsoft products as much as possible. until such time as Microsoft stops trying to steal what they cannot buy.
